i vote obama!

hehe. i'm not eligible to vote of course.

the morning of the new hampshire primaries, i had a feeling that the independents would cast their votes for mccain. *sigh* i hate it that i was right!!! of course, i don't know if that the main reason for obama's loss to hillary clinton. in the final analysis, it's prob a variety of factors that brought about results so different from what was predicted. just learned of the bradley effect ...

the US elections is like one big reality show. 10000000000x more interesting than the poor excuse we have for elections at home. before a candidate can run for president, he or she must win the party elections - which is called the primaries - and takes place over several months in all of the states. it's a hugely expensive exercise so more power to those who have $$$$$$$$$$

i'd backing obama. my other candidate is ron paul - ok, he's a kook - but hey, i like what the old dude stands for! unfortunately, even the most ardent ron paul supporters cannot honestly believe that he's presidential material ... or can they?? hehee. OBAMA, OBAMA, OBAMA!!!!!!

he's charismatic, intelligent and he represents the new generation. i think he's genuinely interested in bridging the divides and bringing about unity.

enuf of the boomers already. and i do not believe in political dynasties. no one (and no family*) should be allowed to stay in power too long. or haven't you heard that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely?!!!!!

*in 2004, i backed bush but only because i thot kerry was a loser. and he was.
