feel like i just got back from a dance club - in actual fact, it was a carolina vs duke bball game at cameron. it was a pretty good game - would've been better if we'd won of course. not that i really care although i join in all the jumps - thought i'd may as well get a cardio workout while i was there. anyways. i think my hearing should return to normal by tomorrow. everyone was LOUD but i'm not sure if the guy sitting behind me had serious issues or whether he was just an extremely passionate fan. he was throwing insults at UNC the entire night with lines like: "sorry, but you suck!" and "wipe that stupid grin off your face 'cos you're a loser!" gotta wash my hair later ...

dimsum was excellent. best i've had in awhile. between the four of us, we must have had at least 15 dishes! so glad mei yen booked a table because the restaurant was bursting by the time we left. guess many ppl had the same idea of yum-cha-ing to celebrate cny. here's a picture of some of the dimsums and another of okm and me looking stuffed:
