A nutty adventure

I decided to check out krispy kreme after reading frangrant harbour's post on the grand opening of KK in HK. *laugh* So dragged okm away from his books and drove about half hour to the nearest KK outlet. The verdict: ? As you can see from the pics, someone really enjoyed the coffee and donuts. We got 3: glazed blueberry, apple cinammon filled and custard filled with choc glaze. The outlet we went to is a stand alone building located in an old part of Raleigh. It was quite fun sitting by the window and watch people stream in while we dunked donuts into coffee (as recommended by HL of FH). And this being the US, there was also a drive thru window for people too lazy to get out of their SUVs. :P Another thing I liked about the store is that you can see the donuts being made through a viewing window to the kitchen. It was definitely worth a visit!
